My thoughts about Julie:

Julie's leaflet could not have come through my door at a better time, I lead a very full life with a husband in care, a large house, a demanding dog and a full-time occupation as a writer. I was overwhelmed and, just as Julie's leaflet suggested, needed someone to help me to cope with my 'to do' list.

As soon as she came to see me, Julie inspired me with confidence with her friendly, capable approach. She now comes every week and my house has a new lease of life! She is able to reach the high ceilings and low surfaces that I was finding so difficult and has a never-ending supply of energy. Everything is sparkling clean and I feel confident that I can continue with my work as a writer knowing that the house will be taken care of. There is no longer the need to downsize.

An added bonus for me is that Julie is willing to tackle just about anything. She is a keen gardener and loves cleaning and sorting out cupboards. In short, she makes order out of chaos. Her undoubted skills in hair and make-up proved to be an additional valued asset at my daughter's recent wedding when bride and bridesmaid were made to look stunning.
